Mixing Tools
The equipment on the rotor shaft may be a single piece welded block; this piece may be designed to be radially fixed at both ends and axially fixed only on the drive side. Alternatively, the equipment can be screwed onto the rotor shaft using special self-locking bolts. The rotor shaft has a structure sized appropriately for the products to be mixed and the planned process. The specific shape of the equipment is designed to provide the desired mixing, homogenisation, granulation and aeration processes, depending on the products being mixed.

SCREW (RIBBON)
The four-layer ribbon screw is used for low-intensity and gentle mixing operations, or to keep the product in constant motion to prevent clumping. It is also used to homogenize different batches produced by plow blades or paddle mixers into a single, uniform batch.
